hotel is so unusual that I don't know if I can find the right words to describe it properly. Excellent location in the heart of Seville, two minutes walk from the main cathedral. hotel is in an old building, seemingly unremarkable from the street, inside - a larger area, breakfast (ideal: freshly squeezed juices, variety of unusual sandwiches and snacks) takes place in the courtyard. We got number 004 (not on the pictures on the buking) - entrance directly from the courtyard. is the most unusual room I've seen - its floor is slightly below ground level and therefore the windows are high, light is not much, it compensates for the huge size of the room, ancient carved wooden ceilings 5 meters high and second floor with a spacious bathroom (shower and cosmetics l'occitane) and cabinets. Each time I entered the room I had the inexplicable feeling of entering a church. then I learned that this building used to be the residence of the Archbishop of Seville. There's a bar on the roof of the hotel and a swimming pool with stunning views right on the cathedral. On arrival, we were given coupons for free drinks at this bar. Inside the hotel there is a space with a display of ancient ruins, in the common areas there are antique paintings and objects. In general, is a real very unusual place for those who can appreciate the atmosphere, combination of antiquity and modern design, history hovering in the air.
I don't see any drawbacks. Thank you to the hotel owners and staff!
